1. Crocs
Non-Slip and Comfortable.
Any pregnant mother wants to avoid slipping and falling at any expense! Crocs are great anti-slip shoes and also wide enough for those swollen feet. You don’t need to compromise fashion ?♀️ and get some shoes in your favorite color and of course don’t forget those fun widgets.
2. Oversized T-Shirt
Stay stylish and relaxed.
An oversized t-shirt is a pregnant mom’s staple for any outfit. Pair with some leggings/bike shorts and sunglasses and your good to go! Get yourself an ✨ aesthetic ✨ shirt available at any department store or thrift store. I recommend purchasing 2-3 sizes larger than your regular size to accommodate for you beautiful growing belly.
3. Night Lights
Watch where you step!
Constantly getting up to use the bathroom is no fun! You don’t want to turn on the lights every time you go (also makes it more difficult to fall back asleep). I recommend buying at least 4 night lights and place them strategically near your bed, in the hallway, and in the bathroom.
4. Exercise Ball
Get your daily stretches in.
Improving mobility is highly recommended during pregnancy because it reduces muscle discomfort, prepares your body for labor, improves energy, and many more benefits! I recommend finding a good pregnancy stretching video on youtube (like @PregnancyandPostpartumTV) and start early on in your pregnancy (as long as you are capalbe). Prioritize stretching daily and you will feel so much better!
5. Blanket
Sleep soundly with your own blanket.
During pregnancy it’s common to have “heat flashes” because of hormonal changes. If you’re pregnant during those hot months, I suggest using your own cotton blanket if you can’t leave the A/C on or someone you live with can’t stand the cold. Cotton is cool and lightweight to use in the summer.
